O Oud – também conhecido como madeira de ágar – é uma das matérias-primas mais exclusivas da perfumaria, proveniente do Ágar, uma árvore tropical de folha perene. Quando certos fungos nela crescem, a resposta natural da árvore é libertar uma resina que dá origem à formação de um cerne de tronco resinoso, conhecido como Oud. Utilizado principalmente no Médio Oriente, o Oud contribui com notas de madeira maravilhosamente profundas, quentes e balsâmicas, que lembram o couro e as especiarias.

Misterioso e intenso, Oud de Fougère acrescenta um toque oriental, dada a estrutura de fragrância masculina tradicional chamada "fougère" (uma mistura de notas cítricas, gerânio e patchouli).

    This was a blind buy based on the scent notes and I'm so happy that I did! At first spray it smells like you're walking through a juniper forest on a crisp winter day. It then dries down to this sultry creamy base that is heavenly and lasts all day. I have received so many compliments whenever wearing. This scent also feels truly unisex to me. This is now officially tied with Floral Rose (Le Labo Rose 31 impression) for my favorite Dossier scent! PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THIS.

    Bold, Masculine, and Sophisticated

    Fougere Oud is another scent I really enjoy. It has a bold, masculine presence that immediately stands out, while still smelling smooth and sophisticated. It makes a statement without being overpowering and has the kind of scent profile that gets noticed. Definitely one I enjoy wearing and would recommend.

    Great scent but isn’t very strong

    This is a great spicy, decadent scent that can rival any luxury brand. However, the scent is almost nonexistent once it dries. I can smell it somewhat on my clothes or makeup brushes, but neither myself nor anyone around me can get even a hint of it, even when I doubled up on the application.

    I love dossier as a brand, but this scent for me was a bust since it’s gone before I even leave the house.
