    No Integrity

    I paid express shipping but didn't receive it in the 2 days so was thankfully refunded. Items were split and I received bonus gifts first and not what I initially ordered. 2nd package never arrived a full MONTH later. The company is no longer responding. I opened a claim with PayPal to get my money back since the company is dishonest, lacks integrity and doesn't care for it's customers. I cancelled my membership. I told the company I would leave a review and I here it is. 0 stars.

    First time buyer

    The perfume smells amazing! I can't stop wearing it! Would recommend to anyone who likes an earthy warm vanilla that is not too sweet.

    Terrible Response

    What a DUMB response to what is clearly an ongoing issue as the NUMEROUS, RECENT, 1 Star reviews from so many users show it’s not a matter of “personal perception”. Have accountability. Attached are multiple Recent 1 star reviews, with many more to come. Try fixing the issue that customers talk about versus saying it’s “personal perception”. Because of this response I will no longer buy or recommend dossier EVER AGAIN. In fact I’ll advocate against Dossier.
