    Too salty

    I really loved Quince's dupe of the same fragrance when I got their discovery set; it was the most clean, inoffensive, and neutral fragrance I'd ever smelled. So, I thought this would be a slam dunk for me.

    I've never smelled the original fragrance, so I don't know which is actually accurate, but Woody Sage is way too salty for me. It's salt, with a hint of sage in the background. I hoped that it would develop into something softer, but the strong salt smell just kept lingering. I guess I could see someone enjoying this, but it's not as neutral, clean, and airy as I was expecting.

    This scent is amazing! But…

    It doesn’t last! Besides spraying it on my clothes, I’ve resorted to anchoring it with jojoba oil in order to last a little longer.

    Love that you think the scent is amazing, though we get how frustrating it is when it doesn’t last as long as you’d hoped. Jojoba oil is a clever little longevity trick, and applying fragrance to moisturized skin can help it hold on a bit longer too. ✨
