Okay, so I had a really frustrating experience with Dossier Perfumes, and I just had to share. The fragrances themselves are okay, and the concept of dupes is cool, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Trying to get any kind of help or resolution is like pulling teeth. They are responsive, but unhelpful, it feels like they don't care about their customers at all or like they don't speak the same language.

Also, the ordering process/ checking out was extremely annoying. I kept adding stuff to my cart, but then the page would just switch me over to this "Dossier plus" thing. The worst part is that it happened without any kind of warning or heads-up! They have it to default in your cart with your membership. It's like they're trying to trick you into accidentally signing up for something. And the real kicker?

If you want to cancel, they hit you with a cancellation fee! Seriously, what kind of shady business is that? It feels super deceptive, and I'm definitely not a fan of this kind of practice. They should be upfront about these things, and not try to sneak in extra charges. I'm going to look for similar websites that don't pull these kinds of sneaky moves.

Honestly, I'd advise anyone considering Dossier to think twice, especially if you value decent customer service. I wouldn't recommend them, because of the bad customer service. I am completely disappointed!
